UPDATED COVID PROTOCOL 

 

We have resumed all non-urgent elective surgeries, procedures and appointments; however, to help minimize the exposure and spread of COVID to our staff and clients, we are observing a Hybrid Clinic Model.  We acknowledge that each of our pet parents is such an important part of their pets health care team and would like to encourage you to stay involved and connected by visiting our website often for updates.

APPOINTMENTS

We are offering TWO CONVENIENT OPTIONS  for our clients/patients:

  

INSIDE CLINIC VISITS.  We will allow (1) One Masked Adult to accompany patient(s) into the clinic.  Please call upon arrival and we will prepare an Exam Room for you and your patient(s).  Remain outside and we will allow access to enter the Clinic.  Your wait time for entry will be brief.   After your pet's visit  we will do your Check Out in your  personal exam room.


CURBSIDE Check In/Pickup.  Please call upon arrival.   Staff will check you in for your appointment over the phone and one of our staff will meet you in your car to bring your pet in for their appointment.  After their appointment a veterinarian will call you on the phone to discuss the appointment, offer a treatment plan and answer any questions.  Credit card payment will be taken over the phone and your pet will be brought back out to your car.  

 

MEDICATIONS/FOOD

Please call the clinic at 701-483-3181 to order medications and food.  Please allow 24 hours for prescriptions to be available.  You will be notified when they are available and credit card payment may be taken over the phone or by payment through our direct invoice which has been to your email on file.  This email will only accept credit cards.  No Care Credit may be used with this invoice service.
