COVID-19 PROTOCOL 

 

We are still available to see sick pet and emergencies. If you have any concerns about your pets during this time please call 701-483-3181 and we will help determine whether urgent care is needed.   

To help minimize the exposure and spread of COVID-19 to our staff and clients, our clinic doors will be locked.  We have delayed all non-urgent surgeries, procedures and appointments in order to be able to allow our staff and clients to stay at home and safe, as well as preserve any medical supplies that may be needed in upcoming months. 

 

Please STAY IN YOUR CAR and call the office at 701-483-3181 to let us know you are at the clinic.

   

APPOINTMENTS

We will check you in for your appointment over the phone and one of our staff will meet you in your car to bring your pet in for their appointment.


Please, REMOVE all collar, harnesses and leashes.  Our slip leashes are much easier to disinfect and once placed on your pet will allow for them to be safely guided to and from the clinic.  Click Here to watch a demonstration. 

For cats, if they are able to be picked up and carried, please remove them from their kennel.  A technician will place a slip leash on them to allow for them to be safely carried to and from the clinic.   Click Here to watch a demonstration.  


After their appointment a veterinarian will call you on the phone to discuss the appointment, offer a treatment plan and answer any questions.  Credit card payment will be taken over the phone and your pet will be brought back out to your car.  

 

MEDICATIONS/FOOD

Please call the clinic at 701-483-3181 to order medications and food.  Please allow 24 hours for prescriptions to be available.  You will be notified when they are available and credit card payment will be taken over the phone.
