While we continue to operate with curbside service, our practice is able to offer veterinary virtual care access, or telemedicine, within our normal clinic scheduling software. We can utilize video appointments to keep you connected with your veterinary team during your pet's in-person appointment or we can assess health concerns while you and your pet are in the comfort of your own homes. Please call the office to schedule a video call. It may save you a trip to the vet and provides the peace of mind and convenience that a pet parent is looking for in the modern-day veterinary practice.
Before we can give patient specific recommendations via telemedicine we are required to have established a veterinary-client-patient relationship. Your veterinary clinic needs to have physically examined the health of your pet within the last 12 months. Based on this relationship and knowledge of your pet, you and your veterinarian will decide upon and follow a treatment plan. The veterinarian will be available for follow up care, oversight of treatment, and will document all medical activities that have taken place in the pet’s medical record.
